Welcome to my blog- this is my first time blogging, so do bear with me- I can feel my nerves as I’m typing- the unknown of what is to come but also the excitement of being in a position to help people lead a healthier life. This is after all the main reason I wanted to work in the health and fitness industry. For over two decades I’ve been passionate about helping people discover their potential through fitness. Spending my career helping busy professionals in the city of London transform there lives through the many components of health and fitness to achieve the optimum balance of exercise/nutrition/recovery. I have developed my skills to understanding what movement, style of training suits you best and by applying that to your lifestyle I can ensure you reach your fullest potential as safely and effectively as possible. This blog is more than workouts and meal plans, its a place for us to connect, share our challenges and celebrate our victories. Regardless of how long you have been on your journey, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. I will be sharing tips and hacks to help you navigate the vast amount of information out there in the health and fitness industry.
